Administrative Assistant

About the Role

The person selected for this position will be expected to do standard administrative tasks such as data-entry, taking phone calls, scheduling, sending e-mails, operating standard office equipment (computer, phone, stapler, copier, fax-machine). Responsible for facilitating communication between the public, guests, and staff as necessary. Distributing approved material and information for the organization and its events. This position may also occasionally attend events and meetings, as well as participate in activities as needed.

• A proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service and customer experience.
• Experience managing and appropriately escalating complaints.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, One-drive, PowerPoint)
• Energized by working in a fast-paced environment. Able to work under pressure with enthusiasm and good humor.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking abilities.
• Results oriented – demonstrated ability for goal setting and accomplishment, self-motivated.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively engage with diverse guests, management, vendors, and team members.
• Commitment to being a team player – our success is based on what we accomplish together.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Associate degree from an accredited university with 2 years administrative experience or a High School diploma/GED and 3 years of administrative experience.
• Comfortable working with multiple sections within the organization.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to time-manage and ensure that all deadlines are met.
• Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to the vision and purpose of La Nube.

Responsibilities:

• Take minutes and notes when in attendance to meetings and events.
• Ensure all sections within La Nube have adequate administrative support.
• Enter data for retention and organization purposes.
• Send e-mail communication within and on behalf of the organization.
• Order inventory and supplies, as needed.
• Create meetings for executive and managerial team
